To process your opt-out request (or other change), please provide the name on account, the service address(es), the change you would like to be made, and your Pre-enrollment ID (if you have one).

If you are participating in the CCA supply program, it only impacts the supply portion of your electricity bill. If you have an issue with your overall bill, electricity service (e.g., loss of power), delivery portion of your bill, or gas portion of your bill, please contact your utility directly.
